I would add five more:

• Business Acumen – The campus and physical plant is an investment
• A Belief in the Importance of People Development – You’re only as good as your team  
• A Service Attitude – If you don’t enjoy serving other people you are in the wrong Industry
• Salesmanship – Critical success factor whether you are selling your budget, TCO, or a potential new hire
• A Passion for Continuous Improvement – Always be learning and improving, striving for performance excellence!
