The Ten Commandments of Continuous Improvement

The Ten Commandments of Continuous Improvement:

  1. Problems create opportunities
  2. As “why” 5 times (seek root cause)
  3. Seek ideas from everyone
  4. Think of how you Can, not why you Can’t (overcome obstacles)
  5. If it’s broken, stop and fix it (pull weeds as you go)
  6. Blame processes not people
  7. Seek simple solutions
  8. Re-evaluate (Plan, Do, Check, Adjust)
  9. Use your craftiness, not your cash
  10. Continuous Improvement is endless…
