- Compliance — non-Title IX/Violence Against Women Act ( up two spots)
- Operational pressures ( down one spot)
- Facilities and deferred maintenance ( up one spot)
- Funding and financial stability ( up two spots)
- Student mental health (↔️ unchanged)
- Recruitment and hiring ( down four spots)
- Public safety (↔️ unchanged)
- Athletics (* new to the top 10)
