- Facilities and deferred maintenance (�� up one spot)
- Funding and financial stability (�� up two spots)
- Student mental health (↔️ unchanged)
- Recruitment and hiring (�� down four spots)
- Public safety (↔️ unchanged)
- Athletics (* new to the top 10)
