Scott Burnell started his career in Operations and Maintenance in the United States Army with a focus on Power Plant operations and HVAC systems. As a First Class Stationary Engineer he has 35 years’ experience working in a variety of roles as a Power Plant Crew Chief, Chief Engineer, Plant Engineering Manager, Operations Manager and Technical Services Director. From managing Power Plants and industrial refrigeration systems to Class A commercial office towers to food production plants to Higher Education institutions, Scott possesses a wide range of technical and operational expertise. A subject matter expert on Facilities Management solutions design and implementation, Facilities Condition Assessments, Transition Management, Operations Management, Program Development, CMMS Development, and Technical Support. Scott is a great addition to the R Ledbetter & Associates team.
