Randy Ledbetter

I have a professional passion for performance excellence in both sales and facilities management. My expertise and success in this field have developed from working with facilities companies in a myriad of vertical markets — corporate, commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial — since the beginning of my career. Over a period of 21 years at ServiceMaster Management Services, I maintained an account retention rate of more than 97 percent while in operations as well as being nationally ranked as top sales producer and sales leader when I moved into business development. Since that time I have served as VP of Business Development for UGL services as well as VP of Sales for Compass-SSC. My track record includes assisting hundreds of clients to improve their facilities operations, more than doubling close ratios, annually increasing new business by 3.5 times and securing more than two billion dollars of new business. In October 2015, I started my consultancy company, R Ledbetter & Associates. 
 
As founder and CEO of R Ledbetter & Associates, I immerse myself in the framework and foundation of each client to achieve record results. I lead our team of consultants to identify key differentiators, strengths, pain points, and opportunities for improvement while creating a unique solution for your company or organization. When I am not working at R Ledbetter & Associates, I am honored to serve as the Chairman of the Florida Sterling Council, as well as being involved with other organizations such as the Association for Facilities Engineering, the National Association of College and University Business Officers, and International Facilities Management Association. Additionally, I am a two-time recipient of the Leadership in Educational Facilities (APPA) Eagle Award.
