Norma L. Krech
Ms. Krech has driven organizational improvements as both an internal resource and an external consultant for over 20 years. She utilizes a vast array of organizational performance methods and techniques including the Baldrige Performance Excellence framework; Six Sigma; Lean; TQM; CMMI; and ISO 9001, 14001, and 17025 to enable organizations to improve business results and achieve strategic goals. Due to the myriad of tools and techniques at her disposal, Ms. Krech can integrate models or customize an organization’s Management System to meet the needs of its culture and leadership expectations – promoting a “right fit” and maturity model for continued growth in the performance excellence journey. Her expertise in coaching, consulting, and training distils continuous improvement techniques and methodologies into the organization; embedding capabilities and expertise for sustainability within the organization’s workforce.
Ms. Krech has worked with state and county government, healthcare, education, not-for-profit, manufacturing, utility, communications, insurance, and high-tech industries. Key services include strategic planning facilitation, business plan and balanced scorecard development, assessments and action plans, process improvement and gap closure initiatives, metric system development, executive and management review processes, and training and coaching of senior leadership to individual contributors. She has presented at the Northwest Texas Quality Conference, the University of Denver, Metropolitan State College, Institute of Internal Auditors, and the International Customer Service Association on topics ranging from quality techniques to team development. She has served on the Malcolm Baldrige Board of Examiners, the Florida Sterling Board of Examiners, and the Colorado Performance Excellence Board of Directors as Secretary, Vice President, Acting President, and Examination Committee Lead.
