Joe Gaither

Joe has an extensive background in facility maintenance management and operations. He has had hands on experience as a maintenance mechanic, plant engineer and advanced to Senior Director of Maintenance and Operations.  

During his years as a Senior Director of Facilities Services for C&W Services his clients have included Drexler Univ., St John’s Univ., Quest Labs and Schlumberger.  He has provided these clients with a workflow analysis, facility labor analysis, asset and facility condition assessments and followed through with a working plan to implement his findings.

Joe is a Graduate of Temple University and has a BA in Mechanical Engineering. He is a member of AFE Assoc. of Facilities Engineering.
