Henry S. Marc, CPE

Henry Marc has over 40 years of progressive leadership experience providing integrated, technical operations and business management solutions for facilities and plant management clients across North America.

He has a broad background in all aspects of facility maintenance management and operations. He has demonstrated expertise in the following areas: process workflow analysis and optimization, facility labor needs analysis, asset and facility condition assessments, standard and critical operating procedure creation, computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) implementation, evaluation and optimization, due diligence investigations, facility commissioning, facility design review, and operations management consultation.

He has provided these services across a broad portfolio of business environments. They include: educational and institutional facilities, bio-tech research & development laboratories, hospitals, mission-critical data and call centers, mass transit systems, manufacturing plants, corporate headquarters and general office space.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is a graduate of the Plant Engineering Certification Program at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.  He has earned his certification as a Certified Plant Engineer (CPE) through the Association of Facility Engineers and his Certified Infrastructure Protection Specialist (CIPS) through the Office of Infrastructure Preparedness. Henry is a licensed construction supervisor in the state of Massachusetts.
