Jim Craig

Jim Craig is a career professional with experience in facilities management operations and business development. Jim’s background demonstrates proven skills in providing high-quality facilities management services while focusing on the needs of the customer. He has also demonstrated success in leading, training and developing high performing business development teams. 

As Vice President of Business Development and – Education Marketplace Leader for DTZ/C & W Services, from 2006 – 2015, Jim focused on solutions development related to the education marketplace facility management programs. He was responsible for training and development of business development personnel, customer development, account retention support, trade industry organizations and consultant relationships, market identification, qualification, and growth. He developed the criteria for identifying opportunities and formalizing customer solutions. Over his 38 year career, Jim has sold in excess of $250 million in new business opportunities and managed the sales processes of an additional $500 million in new business growth.  

Before DTZ/C & W Services, Jim served in various business development and operations roles with Sodexo, Marriott, and ServiceMaster.
